In this edition of AI Outtakes we look at Halloween. AI's great at making images of things dressed in traditional costumes. We've got dachsunds this week, and of course encores from Taylor Swift and fat bears.
It's Halloween, and really if there's one thing generative AI is good at, it's making images of things dressed up as other things.
This week we're experimenting with DALL-E 3 from OpenAI . At Orchestra AI we typically use SDXL because it's better at recreating stock photo styles, but this week is going to need to be a little more creative.
On to the images!

Oddly specific to start with a shawarma, admittedly. Let's go with something more common. Everyone loves dogs dressed up as humans, right?

That one was SDXL. Let's see what DALL-E 3's got. We'll even let it pick the costumes.

Okay, let's try some harder costumes. We're going to have to go back to SDXL for this because DALL-E won't render celebrities or concepts protected by copyright.
